Commercial/ Office Projects
J& A Architects Ltd works closely with you to achieve the ideal workplace environment and bestow many architectural accents to provide a welcome and pleasing space. Many office buildings are company headquarters where the entryways and custom façades are important design elements. J&A facilities have a coherent flow from impressive exteriors to state-of-the-art interiors with custom designed office space.

Designing Minds
J&A has extensive experience in handling the unique requirements of such facilities. Over the past two decades, we’ve designed and built commercial office projects ranging in size from as low as a few thousand square feet to as large as 120,000 square feet, including hi-rises and low-rises corporate campuses. J&A is as equally experienced in designing and building office building core and shells as it is with office interior spaces.

J&A’ s Vision
The only constant in today’s fast-paced corporate world is change, and workplace environments are no exception to this rule. Whether it’s a new office building, an expansion to an existing one, or a renovation for an interior fit-out, J&A Architects Ltd are skilled at delivering high-tech corporate facilities – no matter the scale. On all office projects, our goals are to meet the client’s quality standards within budget and on schedule, but also to capture their corporate image in a creative and appropriate way, while achieving an aura of professionalism.

Market Understanding
Many corporate headquarters these days contain much more than simple office space. Financial institutions require complex computer and telecommunications systems that must be incorporated into the interior design; modern companies integrate research and development capabilities in their office buildings; and manufacturers of all kinds add showrooms to their facilities.
