Le Forum - Trade/ Market Fair Centre *
Th e Government of Mauritius took the commitment to hold the COI trade fair in Mauritius but had no real trade fair building. The Municipality of Curepipe decided to take the challenge to put up a 5,500 sqm building to house this happening. The challenge was met successfully. More than 5,500 sqm of steel structure was built in 3 months on a marshy land during the rainy season.
Cité Martial - New Market Fair
Construction of a new market fair building at Cité Gabriel Martial for the Municipality of Port Louis. The Building accommodates space for stalls, shops, food court, etc on 2 levels to match sloping mountain side site. The long narrow site has resulted in several pitched roofs laid across the site coloured basalt stone wall mitigate the imposing masses of the roofs.

Market Fair *
A design and build competition project where the constraints were covering the existing market fair with the least disruption to the holding of fairs and saving all the trees along the main road.Th is was achieved successfully in a record time of 6 months.

Market Fair *
A regional ground plus one covered fair in a tradition R.C structure to house vegetable fair on the ground floor and all other fairs on the first floor. A ramp is provided for access to the fi rst floor for the disabled.
